Poly Tubing is the key to packaging odd-size items, long cylinders, or extra-large objects. Just slip the length or tubing over the item you’re packaging and seal both ends with an Impulse Bag Sealer or Closure to give your product a custom fit every time.
Made from 100% Virgin LDPE Low-Density Polyethylene Resin which meets FDA / USDA specifications for food contact. Ships in 2,200′ rolls.

Blister Card Packaging is a great way to allow your product to be completely visible to the buyer while keeping the plastic used to a minimum. Our blister cards are printed on certified 21pt blister board and coated with a solvent-based coating, to ensure a perfect seal every time. As with all our paperboard products, our blister cards are 100% recyclable.
All our blister cards are printed in full color (CMYK) according to the customer-supplied artwork. Any PMS colors are printed to best match their CMYK equivalent. If black ink is desired, any color elements will be converted to grayscale.

We recommend that you ship a sample clamshell for test fitting, to ensure that the inerts have perfect fitment. (We can also produce your inserts using your specifications, however, we are unable to take liability for ill-fitting inserts.)

Other Packaging TypesClamshell Inserts
These top-quality clamshell inserts are printed on our premium 10pt card stock. We die-cut the card stock to the desired size and round the corners to fit your clamshell perfectly.
Clamshell inserts can be fitted to the back of the clamshell, as well as the cavity front. A variety of configurations is available to allow completely visible, partially-covered, or completely-covered products.
Our inserts are printed in full color (CMYK) according to the customer-supplied artwork. Any PMS colors are printed to best match their CMYK equivalent. If black ink is desired, any color elements will be converted to grayscale.
