Blister Card Packaging is a great way to allow your product to be completely visible to the buyer, while keeping the plastic used to a minimum. Our blister cards are printed on certified 21pt blister board and coated with solvent-based coating, to insure a perfect seal every time. As with all our paperboard products, our blister cards are 100% recyclable.
Save big with our cost effective gang run printing options. This enables you to print the front of your card in full color process (CMYK) and the back in black ink on the same sheet with other blister packaging clients to save on setup costs and maximize your bottom line.

These top quality boxes are printed full color on heavy duty 16 pt. gloss card stock (.016″ Thick), or our heavy duty 21pt (.021″ Thick) paperboard/plastic laminate. We then precision die cut to your desired size, for the perfect sized package for your product. All our boxes are printed full color (CMYK) according to the customer supplied artwork. Any spot colors are printed at their CMYK equivalent to the best match possible with CMYK. If black ink is selected, any color elements will be converted to grayscale.
