Clamshell Insert Printing

Our top quality clamshell inserts are printed on our premium 10pt card stock. We then trim or die cut the card stock to the desired size and round the corners to fit your clamshell perfectly.

Clamshell inserts can be fitted to the back of the clamshell, as well as the cavity. A variety of configurations are available to allow completely visible, partially covered and completely covered products. Please note the different die options available above.

Inserts are printed per your specifications above. Any spot colors are printed at their CMYK equivalent to the best match possible with CMYK. If black ink is selected, any color elements will be converted to grayscale.

We recommend you ship a sample clamshell for test fitting, but we can also produce your inserts using your specifications.
