You may receive your items in one shipment or multiple shipments, depending on the items ordered. All printed materials have a 2 week turn around from the time of the proof approval.
We offer returns on all defective bags, bag rolls, printed materials, and equipment; upon inspection of product to insure the validity of the defect. No returns or refunds are available for design services.
When you need to return a product to us, please Email RMA@HeaderCardPackaging.com with your return request. Provide your name, order number and purchase date. Be sure to describe the problem with the item. Once your information is processed, you will receive return instructions.

HeaderCardPackaging.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture some of the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to HeaderCardPackaging.com, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. HeaderCardPackaging.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
